I am on the phone with Toys R Us on hold to see if you can mix and match from the B2G1 sale. The lady said she didn’t know and said some you could and couldn’t. She asked which ones I was talking about and I said the Hasbro games and Tag books. She put me on hold. She said no, you can’t mix and match! L Sad day! Guess I will have to do the Hasbro games for three and then the Tag books for three and do in two separate transactions…
Buy Operation (16.99), Connect 4 (15.99) and Guess Who (14.98) = 47.96
B2G1 sale will deduct 14.98 = 32.98
Use $5/25 coupon first = 27.98
Use (3) $4 coupons = 15.98 (5.33 each)
Buy (6) Tag books at 10.99 each = 65.94
B2G1 sale will deduct 21.98 = 43.96
$5/25 coupon = 38.96
Use (6) $4 coupons = 14.96 (2.49 each)
Total for all six would be… 30.94/6 = 5.16 ea
Still all in all is not a bad deal, but would love to get the better deal by mixing and matching items. Oh well, looks like I will be making two trips to Toys R Us tomorrow! Luckily it’s not far from work.
