If you still have your $1.00 off Energizer Batteries or Flashlight from the 08/01/10 or 09/12/10 SmartSource inserts (or from coupons.com) the flashlights are regularly priced at Kroger for $1.19 so you could score some flashlights for .19 each. That is a great deal. I know every time we look for a flashlight we can never find one so with winter approaching (hopefully) and the possibility of power outages due to 1” of ice this may not be such a bad idea.
