OK, I’m looking at my receipt where I purchased the two Degree Fine Fragrance items from Target on lunch today. Tell me if you decipher this like I do…

Mfr Cpn $1.50-
Refund Value $1.79
Degree $3.29

Target Coupon $3.00-

So the way I’m reading this… I paid .29 each, but if I refund it I get $1.79 each back. If I returned them I would get $3.58 back and I only spent .58 OOP, so I would make $3.00 for purchasing this and then taking it back??
Does this make sense? I would love for this to be true and I would go do this a few more times, but seriously… have you run across this before??
